Technology Center

The Technology Center provides 14 computers for group instruction as well as individual access. The Center offers Internet access, Microsoft Office 2007 applications and two scanners. The Technology Center staff offer assistance for using the programs. Use of the Technology Center is limited to St. Charles Public Library card holders. • Monday-Thursday:
  9:00 a.m. to 8:50 p.m.
• Friday:
  9:00 a.m. to 7:50 p.m.
• Saturday:
  9:00 a.m. to 4:50 p.m.
• Sunday:
  Noon to 4:50 p.m. (Labor Day - May)
  1 to 3:50 p.m. (June - Labor Day)

NOTE:

• The Technology Center closes 10 minutes before the Library.
• The Technology Center closes to the public during scheduled classes and training. Please check the schedule.
• Food and beverages are NOT allowed in the Tech Center.

Half of the funding for the Tech Center project was from a State of Illinois Live and Learn Construction grant. The other half was shared equally by the St. Charles Public Library Foundation and the Library. The Friends of the Library was a major contributor to the project through its gift to the Library Foundation.
