Join Nancy Drew as she tries to find Mrs. Porter's missing chimpanzee, Mr. Cheeters. Nancy realizes that there was motive for the chimpnaper when Mrs. Porter tells her that Mr. Cheeters was wearing a diamond necklace. With cell phones in hand, Nancy and her friends search leads them to an old circus. Will the clown be able to give Nancy information? Why does a helicopter suddenly appear? And why can't Bess stop sneezing? This graphic novel will answer all of these questions plus gives interesting information on the physiology behind sneezing. This book is #6 in the Nancy Drew Graphic Novel series.

Murder Afloat

Murder Afloat brings to life a part of history that many of us don't know much about. Unscrupulous oyster ship owners would kidnap their crews off the streets of Baltimore because men would not volunteer for the dirty, cold and starving conditions on the ships. Benjamin Orville has his life changed in a flash. Ben is taken out of his upper class life when he is kidnapped with German immigrants and put to work on an oyster ship. Through many trials and tribulations, Ben survives and must make a decision about the rest of his life. I would recommend this for a reading out-loud book and a book for a reluctant reader.
